GROUP CLASSES
No partner necessary! Our group partner dance classes are 90 minutes long and are typically taught by two instructors. This method offers the most efficient way for learning. Male students are able to learn directly from a male instructor while the female students are able to learn from a female instructor. The classes are broken up into a four-week series typically beginning at the start of every month. The first couple of weeks will focus on fundamental principles of the dance, music, and technique. Week 3 & 4 will be applying those principles to various combinations. Entry into the series is only allowed during the first two weeks.
Our fitness classes are 60 minutes long and taught by certified fitness instructors. All classes are geared towards having fun while getting a great workout. Fitness classes are a great way to cross train and get your body sweating and moving comfortably to music. |

* To attend intermediate classes you must have passed level 1, and for advanced classes you must have passed level 1 & level 2. Advanced students can take classes in all levels.
