Showcase Performance Request

SINGLE DANCE CATEGORIES*:  An easy way to perform and help bring your dancing to the next level!

• Multiple couples on the floor at once (similar to a dance competition)
• Many styles to choose from: Ballroom, Latin, Salsa, West Coast Swing, Country, Tango & more!
• All levels welcome! Freestyle or choreographed, the choice is yours
• Dance with a partner, someone from class, or your instructor
• Music will be preselected
• Performance fee: $25 per couple, per dance (must have minimum of 3 couples in participation)

SOLO PERFORMANCE*: The entire spotlight is yours!

• Only you and your partner or instructor will have the opportunity to showcase an intermediate to advanced routine
• You choose your dance style and song (time limit of 2 minutes and 30 seconds)
• Performance fee: $50 per couple, per solo (limit 2 solos)

TEAM PERFORMANCE*: Check out our Studio 22 dance teams. Inquire with instructors about participation

• Team choreography taught in standing weekly classes
• Must be approved by the instructor to join
• Costumes to be determined by instructors during class
• Performance fee: $0 if 75% of the classes have been attended, $35 if attended less than 75%**
• Instructors will submit performance registration for the team

FINALE PRODUCTION*: A large group performance that showcases what you’ve learning in class to a themed production!

• Preparation begins a month before each showcase (see Finale Production page details)
• Performance songs, dance styles, and preparation schedule can be located on Finale Production information page
• Costumes to be determined by instructors during class
• Performance fee: $0 if 75% of the classes have been attended, $35 if attended less than 75%**
• Instructors will submit showcase registration for the group

*All performers are required to purchase a general admission ticket to the event
**If less then 75% of classes attended, in addition to $35 performance fee, your participation will requre instructor approval
