What is a Level Up Challenge?
Level Up is a 45-day challenge where you can earn free prizes while learning how to dance. Complete 9, 18, 30, or 45 classes and unlock that prize!
When is the Level Up Challenge?
These challenges are offered once a year. Level Up Challenge 2023 will happen during the full month of November and the first half of December (November 1, 2023 thru December 15, 2023.)
How and when do I sign up for the Level Up Challenge?
Sign up for the Level Up Challenge through studio22dallas.com/level-up-challenge/#signup or in-studio. Official Level Up sign-ups open Tuesday, October 31st, 2023 and remain open throughout the course of the 45-day challenge.
When does the Level Up Challenge begin?
The challenge begins November 1, 2023 and ends on December 15, 2023. Classes accumulate once you have completed sign-up.
Where do I take class?
Classes are taught at Studio 22, located at 14902 Preston Road, Suite 400, Dallas TX 75254.
Who can participate?
The Level Up Challenge is open to any everyone. There are no prerequisites to participate and sign up is FREE!
What if I haven’t danced at Studio 22 before?
No problem. Our Front Desk Team will help you get registered for classes.
What does it cost to register?
Nothing! It’s free to sign up!
Do weekly parties, practice sessions, or private lessons count towards Level Up?
They do not. You must take group classes to reach your goal.
Do missed classes or partial classes count toward my goal?
They don’t. You must complete at least 70 minutes of each 90-minute group class in order for the class to count toward achieving your goal.
Can I dance under someone else’s name or account, or give my points to someone else?
Nope! Each participant must take classes under his/her own account.
How do I track my progress?
You can check your progress on the display at Studio 22. The display will be updated weekly. You can also review the classes you’ve taken by logging in to your account on the Studio 22 app.
What do I get for completing the challenge?
Take 9, 18, 30, or 45 classes in 45 days and unlock to following prizes:
Please note: Studio 22 will issue 15% off code(s) within 45 days of the finish of the challenge period. The promo code will expire 30 days after Studio 22 sends the promo code. Level Up merchandise you earn can be picked up in studio starting January 15th, 2024. All Level Up merchandise you earn must be picked up by February 29th, 2024. Prizes not picked up after this date will be forfeited. No exchanges, refunds, rain checks, or cash value or any kind is offered for Level Up prizes. We will not ship Level Up prizes, nor will we hold Level Up prizes for later pickup.
What happens if I don't make it to 9 classes?
If you don’t get to 9 classes, that’s ok! Setting a goal and trying to get there is an achievement in itself.
What happens if I take more than 9 classes, but don’t make it to 18, 30, or 45 classes?
You’ll receive the reward that corresponds to the highest number of classes you complete during Level Up! If you take between 9 – 17 classes, you’ll get the 9 class reward. Similarly, if you take between 18 – 29 classes, you’ll get the 18 class reward, and, if you take between 30 – 44 classes, you’ll get the 30 class reward. Take 45 or more classes to get the 45 class reward.
