Return & Exchange Policy
We are very particular about making sure your shoes have the right fit when you purchase them, but should you need to return or exchange them, new, unused shoes may be returned or exchanged with an original receipt within 14* days of purchase for a refund, and up to 30 days from the date of purchase for in-store credit. (Any shoes with signs of wear such as soiled soles, cut straps, etc., are considered used.) All returned and exchanged shoes are subject to a $15 restocking fee, as deemed necessary/appropriate by Studio 22. Shoes that appear worn in any way may not be returned or exchanged.
Special order and Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

New, unused items may be returned or exchanged within 14* days of purchase with original receipt for a refund, less any shipping fees. Items may be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase for in-store credit only (less shipping fees).
We are unable to accept return of used or opened items, consignment items, or DVDs.
Special order, sale, and clearance items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Specialty Workshops & Events
All pre-paid specialty workshops and event tickets are a final sale, and non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred only with approval from management.
Reserved seating is available at selected Showcase events on a first-come, first-served basis, based on purchase date. Reserved seating is assigned by Studio 22, and while we do our very best to honor all requests, requests are not guaranteed.
Tickets are not issued for Studio 22 specialty workshops and showcase events; attendees must check in at the Front Desk for admission.
Group Class Purchases may not be returned, exchanged, or transferred. Please see Terms & Conditions for full details.
Wedding & Private Lessons
Pre-paid lessons purchased through Studio 22 are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, and may not be refunded once begun.
Any questions or concerns about private lessons purchased directly from an instructor should be addressed to that instructor.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We are unable to accept returns for DVDs, group class purchases, gift certificates, wedding lessons, introductory offers, consignment items, and sale items; any used, opened, or worn items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your return is shipped or brought into the studio after the timeframes indicated above, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the items back to you.
NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
